What to Include

Digital Key or Door Access Help

If a digital key does not work, verify Bluetooth is enabled, the app has nearby-device or Bluetooth permission, and your stay is active. For urgent room access, contact the hotel front desk immediately.

Account and Reservation Help

If you cannot sign in or your reservation details look incorrect, include the hotel name and reservation number in your email. Some requests may need to be handled by the hotel directly.
